Your Pie, a fast-casual pizza franchise known for customizable brick-oven pizzas, needed diverse marketing materials to support both a store reopening and their Franchise Fest 2023 sponsorship initiative. During my time as a graphic design apprentice at See.Spark.Go, I was tasked with creating materials that would drive foot traffic during the reopening while also attracting potential sponsors and reinforcing internal brand culture. The designs needed to work across multiple formats—social media, in-store displays, print pamphlets, and informational flyers—while maintaining consistent brand identity.

Challenge
The project required balancing multiple objectives and audiences simultaneously. Reopening materials needed to generate immediate excitement and urgency among local customers, while sponsorship materials required a professional, polished approach to attract corporate partners. Additionally, internal culture materials had to communicate Your Pie's Vision, Mission, Values, and Daily Habits in a way that resonated with both employees and external stakeholders. Each piece required distinct messaging and tone while maintaining cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
Objective
The goals were threefold: First, create bold, eye-catching social media graphics and in-window displays for the store reopening that would drive foot traffic and online engagement. Second, develop a professional sponsorship levels pamphlet for Franchise Fest 2023 that clearly outlined partnership opportunities and tangible benefits to attract potential sponsors. Third, design an informational flyer communicating Your Pie's core company values—serving as both an internal culture guide and external brand positioning piece. All materials required strategic use of Your Pie's brand colors, typography, and visual identity to ensure recognition and consistency.
Results
The Your Pie marketing materials successfully supported multiple business objectives across different audiences. The reopening campaign effectively generated excitement both digitally and in-store, driving customer engagement and foot traffic. The Franchise Fest sponsorship pamphlet clearly communicated partnership value through clean layout and strategic messaging, positioning Your Pie as an attractive sponsorship opportunity. The company values flyer reinforced brand culture internally while providing a compelling brand story externally. Together, these materials demonstrated versatility in design application while maintaining strong brand consistency.
